Three very different routes connect Üzümlü to Bezirgan, catering to different interests and fitness levels. Route 9A takes the high ground with broad views. Route 9B is the most historically rich, passing the Roman aqueduct at Delikkemer — an impressive structure carrying water to Patara across a deep valley — before dropping to the resort town of Kalkan. Route 9C is the most direct, linking Kalkan directly to Bezirgan.
Kalkan is a good resupply point on Route 9B: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and ATMs. If your feet need a rest day, it's a comfortable base. The town has a genuine charm outside of peak season.
Bezirgan is a sleepy highland village with a strong agricultural character. The weekly market (check days locally) brings in villagers from the surrounding hills.
